1. Materials:

Weuse imported alloy steel (such as 55CrSi) or, upon customer request, can select top-gradematerials such as Suzuki SWOSC-V from Japan .

Mold springs made from ordinary 65Mn spring steel are prone to overheating, breakage, temper brittleness, and cracking; our mold springs are made from imported alloy steel, which has excellent high fatigue performance and good anti-relaxation properties.

High fatigue life:

Within the recommended operating range, our springs undergo optimized heat treatment and presetting processes to significantly release internal material stress and enhance fatigue resistance. At standard compression ratios (approximately 32%-35%), they ensure over 300,000 compression cycles with minimal elasticity loss, providing you with durable, stable support and cushioning performance.
