Hot Coiling & Automotive Suspension Springs: Our CNC hot-wound spring production lines can process large springs with wire diameters up to 60mm, suitable for automotive suspension systems, heavy-duty machinery, and mining equipment. The integrated process includes automatic heating, coiling, quenching, and tempering, ensuring products with consistent high strength and superior fatigue life.
