1. Materials:

Weuse imported alloy steel (such as 55CrSi) or, upon customer request, can select top-gradematerials such as Suzuki SWOSC-V from Japan .

Mold springs made from ordinary 65Mn spring steel are prone to overheating, breakage, temper brittleness, and cracking; our mold springs are made from imported alloy steel, which has excellent high fatigue performance and good anti-relaxation properties.

High fatigue life:

·Through computer-aided engineering (CAE) optimization design, uniform stress distribution in the spring body is achieved. Combined with precise manufacturing and processing techniques, reliable compression cycles exceeding 500,000 can be guaranteed under standard light load conditions.
