1. Materials:

Weuse imported alloy steel (such as 55CrSi) or, upon customer request, can select top-gradematerials such as Suzuki SWOSC-V from Japan 

Mold springs made from ordinary 65Mn spring steel are prone to overheating, breakage, temper brittleness, and cracking; our mold springs are made from imported alloy steel, which has excellent high fatigue performance and good anti-relaxation properties.

High fatigue life:

Through precise calculations of the helix angle and optimized stress distribution design, our springs effectively avoid localized stress concentration during compression. Combined with a high-pressure processing technology, they can guarantee over 150,000 reliable compression cycles even under standard heavy-duty conditions, with stable spring force output and extremely low attenuation rate.
